PRACTICE AREAS: Mr. Wertheim has litigated in the following areas: antitrust, will contests and other estate matters, condemnation, corporate, products liability, mineral rights, employment rights, contracts involving ranches, water rights and other property interests. He concentrates in complex civil litigation, estate planning, state taxation and commercial transactions.
