PRACTICE AREAS: Complex civil litigation emphasizing plaintiff’s commercial litigation, including antitrust, securities litigation and unfair trade practices as well as personal injury, wrongful death and employment cases.

OTHER EXPERIENCE: Mr. Wertheim was the Democratic Nominee for Congress in 1996 and ran again in 2000.  Since that time Mr. Wertheim has maintained his political contacts and was the Chair of the New Mexico Democratic Party from 2002-2006.
